Golf & Yacht Club is owned and operated by the Homeowners
Association. Its members control and maintain the golf course
and all the roads. This allows members to cooperatively determine
member developments and costs. The current homeowners fee
is $185 a month which covers the cost of maintaining all our
properties, including the golf course, clubhouse, tennis courts,
picnic area and all the roads within the community. This also
includes unlimited golf for a family or two adults.
