Membership Options

Your Golf Course Awaits

Alderbrook Golf Club is owned and operated by the Homeowners Association. Its members control and maintain the golf course and all the roads. This allows members to cooperatively determine member developments and costs. The current homeowners fee is $190 a month which covers the cost of maintaining all our properties, including the golf course, clubhouse, tennis courts, picnic area and all the roads within the community. This also includes unlimited golf for a family or two adults.

Memberships Options

Property Owner Property owners currently pay $190 per month association fees. These fees include the use of all common areas for two adult owners. At the current time unlimited golf for two adult owners is included in the association fees at no additional charge. Lots and homes are currently available. If you are a golfer Alderbrook is the one of the best opportunity around.
Associate Membership Associate members have all rights & privileges of property owners except voting privileges. Current initiation is a one time fee of $2,500 and the monthly fees are $205. Associate members are subject to special assessments.
Annual Associate Membership The Annual Membership is a twelve month membership paid in full at the time of purchase. These are single memberships and are limited in number which may be discontinued as properties sell. These memberships are a great way to experience Alderbrook for a season without a long term committment. Currently a 2010 annual membership cost $1,400 plus wa. st. sales tax. Should two individuals join at the same time by February 28, 2010 the cost is $1,100 plus tax per person.
