The Clubhouse opened in 2009 as the hub of our association. It houses our Pro Shop, Restaurant & Bar, Business Office and meeting rooms. The Restaurant & Bar at the Clubhouse stays busy serving members and the public.

Alderbrook Golf Course is a hidden treasure, creating the rare Washington golf experience where you can actually live where you play. Alderbrook is a member-owned golf course that is also open to public play. With a view of the beautiful Hood Canal and the majestic Olympic Mountains, Alderbrook is one of the most scenic golf courses in Washington State, voted #2 in 2015 and #1 in 2016’s Best of Western Washington public poll.
Wickiup “A shelter or domed hut similar to a wigwam”
Location: Off E Manzanita Drive between home addresses 1280 and 1300
The Wickiup is our community park. It has a covered picnic area, tennis courts, a pickle ball court, bocce ball courts, horseshoe pits, a basketball court, BBQ grill, children’s play area, community garden and restrooms
Members may reserve the Wickiup for private gatherings through the Business Office. A nominal fee applies,
Alderbrook Community Center & Library Annex
The Annex is a converted home, owned by the membership, and is used as a community center. Two multipurpose rooms are available for meetings, cards, table tennis, and other activities. The Annex also houses the community library where you can find paperback books, recorded books, puzzles, movies and more.
The Annex is available to rent to members for private events.
The Pointe across from the Clubhouse has a spectacular view of Hood Canal with the Olympic Mountains. It is a grassy area where families gather for picnics or reunions, and is an unforgettable spot to watch 4th of July or New Year's Eve fireworks hosted by Alderbrook Resort and Spa.
Alderbrook Golf and Yacht Club is a walkable community and is connected to Hood Canal by a popular walking trail. The trail starts at the top of the hill and meanders through the woods with great views, babbling brooks and well-marked examples of local flora. If you are lucky, you may see eagles, deer and other wildlife.
