Owner Membership

Owners of property in Alderbrook who are members in good standing have all the rights, benefits and responsibilities currently designated by Alderbrook Golf & Yacht Club Inc., a Washington Homeowners association.  Membership privileges are given to no more than two adults and their dependent children under the age of 21 living at home or full time students. 
Benefits include:
     *  One vote per property
     *  Unlimited Golf
     *  Member discounts in the Golf Shop & Restaurant
     *  Advance Tee Time reservations
     *  May own a private cart (Annual Trail Fee $150 required)
     *  Eligible to join the Men's or Ladies Clubs (Annual fee required)
     *  May charge purchases on club account

Owner Members are subject to special assessments

Associate Membership

Associate Members have all of the rights, benefits, and responsibilities of Owner Members (see benefits above) except they will have no vote on any matter pertaining to the corporate affairs of AGYC or in any special or general meeting of the owner membership.  Associate members will pay an initiation fee and monthly dues to AGYC, in the amount determined by the Board. 
     Current Fees:
          Initiation  $2,500
          Monthly (June 2011 - May 2012)  $225

Associate Memberships may be sold or transferred and are subject to special assessments

Annual Associate Membership

Annual Associate Members have all of the rights, benefits, and responsibilities of Ower Members (see owner benefits) except:
     Exceptions:
          12 month privileges (paid in full up front)
          May not be sold or transferred
          No charging privileges
          May not own a private cart

     Current Fees:
          Single  $1,400
          Double  $2,200
                (subject to sales tax)

Annual Associate Member are not subject to special assessments.  AGYC reserves the right to not renew this membership.
